Joe Silvera

JOE SILVERA  graduated with a BFA in Metalsmithing with honors from California State University at Long Beach in 1991 and then apprenticed as a goldsmith..  His favorite technique is lost wax casting, with which he likes to carve detailed sculptures of animals and more. Joe is a popular metals teacher, who teaches classes in the Bay Area at Baubles and Beads in Berkeley and San Rafael, and at his studio classroom in Berkeley.
