Use a torch to create wonderfully spontaneous, rippled textures by melting the surface of your silver with heat. A jewelry technique with a long history, reticulation is still used today to make beautifully textured backgrounds for rings, stone settings and more. This class will also cover how to use a disk cutter and dapping blocks to make circles and domes from the reticulated silver. Tools available to share. Kit fee is for your prepared silver to use during class.
